Cutting
 Our cutting department is a talented group, equipped with machinery that can handle any job. Currently we have the ability to cut aluminum plate up to 6" thick, 72" long. Cutting tolerances depend on the type of material, but most aluminum products are held to +/-.005. Stainless and large aluminum rounds (up to14") are cut on our large band saws. We also operate a horizontal saw that will cut large diameters and rings, up to 36". Our other talents are cutting custom extrusions, heatsinks, plastics, and other types of materials.
